Only because I do not have much photo of myself during this trip – my mom walks so fast and photo ops are not really her thing.

Day 2 Copenhagen
Copenhagen is pretty much a walking city whereby you are able to see the major sights without taking the public transport. We started our 2nd day with a short (nothing much to see) visit to the National Museum (Free Admission). It was so short that I even forgot to take a photo of the place. Anyway, below is a shot of the canal & the Christiansborg Palace just a few meters away from the museum.
Hello from Copenhagen! My mom & I arrived yesterday after a very smooth 12-hour flight from Singapore. We took the midnight flight out and all we did was sleep on the plane. I took 2 capsules of NyQuill just before we left my apartment and a tablet of Dormicum 30 minutes after take off.
LTO, Quezon Ave, Manila
I arrived back in Singapore with my mother last night from Manila en-route to Scandinavia tonight. Five days in Manila went past so fast that there was absolutely no time to even turn on my computer, let alone blog. So here is a short recap just before I get ready to go to the airport again.
Once again, the bags are out! – I am currently juggling my time packing 2 separate luggage to 2 very different destinations – all these just to avoid the last minute rush & of course, I am excited! Read More…
Société Canteen is a new-ish cafe along Bukit Timah Road near the Botanical Gardens. It aims to bring Melbourne cafe culture to Singapore.
If you are big on buffets – good-quality buffets then I suggest you should try Oscar’s at the lobby of Conrad Centennial Hotel near Millenia Walk. This is also where Selwyn & I had lunch a few days ago to celebrate Singapore’s 47th birthday.
Jang Won is one of my favourite Korean restaurant in Singapore. Apart from serving authentic Korean food, I also like the spaciousness of their restaurant – it’s just less stressful all together.
I am very happy to finally receive our 3-day tickets to this year’s Singapore F1 Grand Prix happening on the 21, 22 & 23 of September. I am actually not a big fan of F1 but this year’s tickets include concert passes for Katy Perry, Maroon 5, Jay Chou & other international performances. So why not?
