We have been talking about visiting Tim Ho Wan (The cheapest 1 Michelin Star Restaurant in HKG) since 2 trips ago but because of our tight schedules and the usual long Qs especially in their Mongkok branch, we decided to forgo the experience until now.

It has always been a struggle to balance out our itineraries when it comes to visiting a city so close to home like Hong Kong. Are we willing to miss out on our usual favourites and do something different or are we going to be boring and do the exact same thing all over again?
Just came back from a 4-day trip in Hong Kong with Selwyn last week and we’ve decided to give our itinerary a little twist this time – to include hiking. Apart from appreciating the other side of Hong Kong & staying fit, it also made us feel less guilty every time we sat down and indulge ourselves with good food.

I recently purchased 2 Kor water bottles and I am loving it so far. I was surprised that my tap water tasted better after being stored in one of these Kor bottles.
I was on my thirties when I began to appreciate the joy of having a good croissant and now, it has became one of my favourite choice of bread whenever I chance upon them in a bakery. From the classic to the chocolates to the almond croissants, I love them all equally.
Life has been quite hectic for me since I came back from NYC. There was the “coming back” to home adjustment period, then came this new job (oh yes, I am working again), then the recent holidays and lastly, the tiring weekends after each trail session – my new found joy of the outdoors.

Thanking God for his continuous blessings upon us these past years. And just as expected, I slept through this year’s countdown – yet again!
Happy new year everyone!
