Uno Restaurant Manila

It has been a few years since my last visit at UNO and I have already forgotten about how good their breads (and food) are until last week.  It was during lunch, after my acupuncture and I was really hungry so while waiting for our food, I set my eyes & prepare my tummy for the breads.

Different types of freshly baked breads were served (free-flow) while waiting and this is my favourite one.  You can also buy the breads separately to bring home if you wish to.

The food took a while to come out and my aunt was telling me that there was this one time she and my mom went and by the time their food came, they were literally full – from the bread and the soup.  My mom was only able to eat a quarter of her mains and doggy bagged the remaining for my dad. lol!  I was nearing that point to be honest and I had to stop myself and wait for the real thang!

On our table:

Shitake Mushroom Cappuccino (PHP160)

Baked with Dried Barbequed Spice Rub and Olive Mojo Sauce

Uno’s menu change every quarter to keep things more exciting and new, make sure to check out the latest menu prior to your visit (if your are particular).  But trust me, the quality of food is the least of your worries, try to get A SPOT to park your carthat’s worrisome!
