My last meal in Manila was at Mesa in Tomas Morato. The food was impressive and the price, relatively “cheap” (by local & Singapore Standards). No regrets on the calories that went into my tummy that night! Delish!
I have been hearing a lot from my dad about the burgers at Charlie’s Grill for as long as I can remember, so I was quite thrilled when I heard that we are going there for dinner last Thursday.
I had an enjoyable time hanging out with my long time friends – Dara, Rochie, Emman & Coco during my recent visit to Manila a few weeks ago. We decided to have dinner at the Peri-Peri Grill House and desserts at Bizu in Greenhills.
It became more evident to me lately that a trip to Manila would not have been complete without a meal at Angel’s kitchen, in fact I went twice this last trip. So I guess it is just fitting that I blog about the one food that I crave the most when I am in Manila – The Lengua (Ox Tongue).
