Probably one of the best Red Velvet cupcakes I have ever had so far in Singapore! And it was from this shop called Twelve Cupcakes.
The vanilla cream is not overpowering and you still get to enjoy the taste of the red velvet cake below, which is actually supposed to be the hero and not the other way around. I also like it that they didn’t have a heavy hand on the sugar all together. Yum!
