This is one of my latest addition to my usual Din Tai Fung favourites – Sliced Duck in Crispy Spring Onion Pastry.
I would have guessed it to be a Spanish Jamón ibérico of some sort, had I not seen the description off the menu. It tasted nothing like duck, or at least nothing like the duck taste that I know… but it is really good.
