Din Tai Fung

Dimsum for Christmas eve lunch.

Din Tai Fung Pork Chop

Din Tai Fung has always been one of our favourite place to go to for our quick bites – may it be for lunch, dinner or snacks.  The only draw back is the long Q for most of it’s outlets in this tiny island.  Minimum waiting time would be around 15 minutes during peak dinning hours.

Since our dental appointment finished at 3.30pm and it so happened that a DTF branch was just across the street, timing wise, it was perfect! we were seated immediately. In addition to the pork chop rice, these are our typical 2-person order – mostly to feed Sel’s bottomless pit tummy.

We had to make sure that we had all the energy we needed to walk the whole of Orchard Road for some last minute Christmas shopping.  I think we overdid it though…

He ate most of it! He actually insisted on a 10pcs Xiao Long Bao! Pure gluttony!
